Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb

Min sambo var på 23-timmars kryssning med sitt jobb för några veckor sedan och frågade innan han åkte om det var något jag ville ha från tax-freen (eller, mer ordagrant: "Skriv ner exakt vad det heter, vad det är för något, och skicka helst med en bild"). Jag som hade stått och velat över Viktor & Rolf's parfym "Flowerbomb" i minst ett halvår såg nu min chans, och här är den. Min alldeles egna blombomb.

Han påstod att han köpte den lilla flaskan, men så vitt jag vet så är inte 50ml den lilla. Den kommer i 30ml, 50ml och 100ml flaskor, alla lika underbart fina att se på. Och doftar uuuuunderbart! Eller, ja, enligt min näsa då. Jag är allmänt värdelös på att beskriva dofter och liknande, så här kommer lite information om doftnoterna:

My boyfriend were on a 23 hour cruise with some people from his work some weeks ago, and asked if there was anything I wanted from the tax free (or, in his own words: "Write down the exact name, what it is, and I would prefer that you also send me a picture of it"). I had been wanting Viktor & Rolf's perfume "Flowerbomb" for at least 6 months, and there was my chance. And here it is; my very own flowerbomb.

My boyfriend claimed that he had bought the smallest bottle, but as far as I know isn't the 50ml bottle the smallest of the bunch. They come in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml bottles, and they're all just as lovely to look at. And they smell amazing! Or, at least my nose thinks so. I'm rubbish at describing scents, so here's some information about the notes:

Sambac Jasmine, Centifolia Rose, Cattleya Orchid, Ballerina Freesia, Patchouli.

I'm hopelessly in love with this perfume.

Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream

Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream - åh.herre.gud. Jag har normalt sett svårt för citrondoftande produkter, det blir lätt rengöringsprodukts-varning över det hela. Men den här... Underbar! Den doftar underbart av citron utan att det blir äckligt syntetiskt, och sambon (som verkligen är en sucker för allt som har med citron att göra) kom och ville sniffa på mina nagelband första gången jag använde den.

Men okej, om vi glömmer doften nu (hur man nu kan göra det): Hur är den som produkt? Även där, underbar. I den lilla burken är produkten i en fast form, som sedan smälter lite vid kroppsvärme. Nagelbanden blir underbart mjuka och fnasar inte, det känns som om naglarna inte är fullt lika torra och spröda och jag märker definitivt när jag slarvar med den. Skulle jag rekommendera den? Aboslut.

Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream - oh.my.god. Normally I'm not that fond of products that are supposed to be lemon scented, they more often than not remind me of cleaning supplies instead of the scent of an actual lemon. But this one... Lovely! My boyfriend (who seem to love everything that smells or tastes like lemons) were sniffing on my cuticles the first time I used it.

But okay, let's forget the scent (is that even possible?): How is the product? Wonderful. In the little tin the product has a solid form, and it melts with a little help from your body heat. My cuticles are soft and my nails feel not as dry and doesn't chip as much, and I definitely notice when I'm not using it. Would I recommend it? Without a doubt.

NOTD | Nubar "Fire Sparkle" + Isadora Graffiti Nails "Black Tag"

Nubar "Fire Sparkle" är att dö för. I kid you not, värd att dö för, absolut. Den är röd, den glittrar något otroligt, det ultimata nagellacket för jultid. Perfekt julbling!

Eftersom julen har passerat nu, så ville jag få bort julkänslan liiiiite ur nagellacket. Så jag smällde på Isadoras Graffiti Nails på ringfingrarna. Ba' för att jag kan.

Nubar's nail polish in the color "Fire Sparkle" is to die for. No joke, absolutely worth dying for. It's red, sparkles like crazy, the ultimate nail polish around Christmas.

Since it's waaaay past Christmas now, I wanted to get away from the "Christmas feeling" that this nail polish has. So I whacked on Isadora Graffiti Nails on both of my ring fingers. Just 'cause I can.

Nagellack från Essence | Nail polishes from Essence

Jag var i Berlin med sambon över nyår, och fastän jag köpte ganska mycket att ta med mig hem när jag var där så var det inte så mycket i sminkväg. Det enda i sminkväg som köptes var dessa två nagellack från Essence: Nail Art special effect topper i "Glorious Aquarius" och Nail Art cracking top coat i "Crack me! Pearly pink".

"Glorious Aquarius" är ett lack med en ofärgad bas och massvis med turkosa glitterbitar i olika storlekar. Den är helt enkelt underbar att se på i flaskan, glittret skimrar i turkost, grönt och guld.

"Crack me! Pearly pink" är ett crackle-lack i rosa glitter. Jag har provat den och det krävs ett ganska tjockt lager lack för att få crackle-effekten, och sen krävs det 1-2 lager överlack för att få en slät yta och att få tillbaka den glittriga effekten (glittret mattas av när lacket torkat).

I was in Berlin over the new years with my boyfriend, and even though I bought a shitload of stuff to bring with me home, there were basically no make-up that I bought. The only make-up items I bought were these two nail polishes: Essence nail art special effect topper in the colour "Glorious Aquarius" and Essence nail art cracking top coat in the colour "Crack me! Pearly pink".

"Glorious Aquarius" i a clear based polish with loads of turquoise pieces of glitter in different sizes. It's just simply amazing to look at in the bottle, with the glitter shimmering in turquoise, green and gold.

"Crack me! Pearly pink" is a pink glitter crackle polish. I've tried it and you have to put it on in a quite thick layer to get the crackle effect, and then you'll have to use about 1-2 coats of some sort of top coat to get a smooth surface, and get some of the glitter effect back (the glitter gets kind of dull when the polish dries).
